Immigration medical exams require careful documentation and attention to detail. Our team guides you through each step with clarity and support. Hablamos español.
Not every provider can perform immigration physicals. These exams must be conducted by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon authorized to complete and sign Form I-693. At the greater Denver area, a certified civil surgeon handles every exam.
During your visit we review your medical history and vaccination records, perform a comprehensive physical, complete required lab testing per USCIS guidelines, and complete and seal your Form I-693, ready for submission.
Step one is your initial exam and lab testing: a medical-history review and the required screenings (such as tuberculosis and syphilis, based on age and guidelines). Bring a government ID, your vaccination records, and an unsigned I-693.
Step two, once labs are back, is the civil-surgeon exam and documentation. We review your results, complete the final exam, and seal your I-693 for USCIS.
Bring all available vaccination records, prior medical documentation, and any lab results so we can verify compliance quickly and avoid repeat testing. Complete the applicant portion of Form I-693 beforehand, but do not sign it until the civil surgeon instructs you.
Because these exams require dedicated time and lab work, immigration physicals are by appointment rather than walk-in. Call us to schedule.
